    • Your room choice is temporarily held in inventory for 30 minutes while your payment processes. If checkout is not finalized within this window, your reservation hold will expire and the room will be released to other applicants.

  • Legible Documentation: Please ensure that your uploaded Government-Issued ID is perfectly clear, legible, and uncropped. The information provided will be automatically verified during processing.

  • In-Person Verification:   A physical copy of this exact ID must be presented for mandatory in-person verification on your scheduled check-in day. Failure to provide a legible upload or match verification records will result in the immediate suspension of your apartment allocation.

  • Account Access & Profiles: The email address you use to complete this application must match the email you use to create your login account later. They cannot be different, as this specific email is directly linked to your tenant record to grant you secure profile access.      

  • Step 1 Complete: Details Submitted!

  • Step 2: Await Approval

    Our administration team will review your application. You will be notified once your status is approved and your apartment is reserved.

  • Step 3: Pay & Verify

    Once approved, clear your accommodation balance via mobile money or bank transfer. Submit your proof of payment to finalize your booking and receive your official rental letter.

  • ⚠️ Important Payment Notice

    • Your apartment is reserved while you complete your payment and submit your proof. Please note that your reservation is finalized only after your payment proof is successfully submitted and verified by our team.

    • Once your payment proof is verified, you will receive an official booking confirmation and your digital rental letter delivered directly to your email.
